Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all included hardware, instructions, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

Electrical parts note: Alternators, starters, and other electrical components that have been installed cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please verify fitment before installation.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple — no return authorization form or lengthy process required:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label (for defective or wrong parts) or return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any carrier location
  4. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds as store credit unless specifically requested.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.

Defective or Wrong Parts

If you received a defective part or the wrong item was shipped, we will cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect or incorrect item
  • We will send a prepaid return label and a replacement order at no additional cost
  • For time-sensitive repairs, we can ship the replacement before receiving the return (at our discretion)

Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. If your part fails within the warranty period after installation, please contact us for a warranty evaluation — this is not subject to the 30-day return window.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
  • Electrical components (alternators, starters) that have been connected or tested outside of their original packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Items missing original packaging, hardware, or accessories
  • Parts damaged due to improper installation or use
